We are completely made up by Volunteers

Please keep in mind that all "staff" of the Homer Stallions are volunteers. They are not paid for any position they hold and donate the time they work for the Stallions to help keep this program going. This is for all coaches, teen coaches and board members.

A typical head coach puts in around 150 hours a year for his/her team in planning, meetings, practices and games. A board member puts in about 400 hours through the year for organizing the whole program.

Every year everything has to be planned, executed and verified in order to keep the information flowing and games going with as few mistakes as possible.
